The problem with this forum is that effectively there are only 4 people posting on a sub-regular basis, so we all fight over little things.

It is an interesting experiment into human psychology, the same as say 4 people on Mars in a space station.

We need some pets, like a cat and dog.

yeah, you're probably on to something.

that PLUS the fact that the Universe is a dark, hostile place.

by the way, which pood would you LEAST want to be trapped on a space station in Mars with or in Hell for eternity with?

the christian perspective is that fighting is 'bad'.

one buddhist perspective is that when you fight with someone, you're investing a great deal of mental energy (if not physical) in that person. and therefore, in some sick twisted way that we can't even begin to wrap our minds around, you might be benefiting them.

probably the worst thing you can do to someone is ignore them.

There are people in your life who've come and gone
They let you down, you know they hurt your pride
You better put it all behind you baby; cause' life goes on
If you keep carryin' that anger, it'll eat you up inside, baby
I've been trying to get down
To the heart of the matter
    But my will gets weak
And my thoughts seem to scatter
But I think it's about forgiveness

    Fuck forgiveness.

That's exactly the caveat EVIL depends upon to propagate. By forgiving, you are fostering and condoning EVIL.

Which is even MORE EVIL. Evil or Very Mad

    No fucking forgiveness Exclamation

Make those motherfuckers SUFFER. Sure, you will suffer too.

    Everyone will SUFFER.

But it will be worth it in the end.

    Or even more probably not.

Whatever, that's not even the point here Exclamation

Sorry Pi, I'm with Sciency on this one.

Being a Scorpio snake I thrive on revenge and no matter what anyone says, it is sweet, whether served cold or hot.

Getting back to MK, I imagine he would always want to hold those adult sex parties...with other men.

Good and evil are just smoke screens.

    The key is power.

To be powerful one needs to develop their good and evil sides to an extreme level.

    Just ask America.

For example, I have seen many weak devil worshippers, as they had not developed their good side to the same level.

    The Saints and the Roughnecks.

    American Psycho.

Australians are like Americans, just with a better sense of humour.

There is no other race closer to Americans than Australians.

RB, u realize the forum has been open for some time now? You don't need to log in as a guest anymore.

You can either create a new account, or if you prefer I can reinstate one of ur old accounts.

Good and evil do matter in my philosophy. It's just that most people are swimming in so many lies they can't differentiate.

So most of my conflicts are with people who regard themselves as being "good" when really they are scum-sucking evil. But from their POV, it's the other way around.

I assume u r responding to my "Fuck Australia" thread. And sticking with that thesis, I would argue that Aussies think they are funny, and I suppose they are to each other, but Americans/Canadians/Brits are more universally considered funny. As in anywhere outside of Australia.

I have to disagree. But it is all subjective. I pretty much never hung out with Aussies until London 12 years ago. And I found them to be a riot and had the best parties. So, I only hung out with them. Maybe all those years in Kiwiland affected my brain.

Ok well I've had coworker situations where one guy is australian interacting with other nationalities. And he'll say something that he thinks is absolutely fkn hilarious, and even heartily laugh at his joke, while everyone else is trying not to roll their eyes. Or at best uncomfortably fake-laughing along out of politeness.

Please note that I'm not categorizing Australians with New Zealanders here. I've definitely met some funny Kiwis.

    Very subjective.

The most humorous people I know are one of my brothers and one of my sisters.

    They are English.

Universally funny? Based upon TV shows and so on, I would say English.

Yeah Brits are right up at the top of the "humour" rankings. Until they get too far up their own "arses", which invariably happens.

Yes, plus they have the class system.

Personally I prefer Americans, especially the women. Can't stand Brit chicks.

And for as much as I've railed on Canucks (and will continue to) they are humorous.

Many of Americas most beloved comedians were actually born with a hockey stick up their ass.

And the American public is generally non-the-wiser.

Mike Meyers, Jim Carrey, Phil Hartman, John Candy -the list goes on and on.

Agreed. And I'm no fan of American women, but british women... oh god they are just fkn awful. I can't even bear to listen to them for more than a minute.

Yes, the Brit chick accent must be the worst in the world.

The chicks can look hot, but once they open their gobs, it's all over.

a british chick is probably the most interesting girl i've met in my entire time in china.

i gave her a pass because i wanted a chinese gf and she wasn't that hot.

but she was funny as hell. i was laughing my ass off with her.

and she played flute and did all kinds of interesting shit.

sciency, please fuck off with your stereotypes.

the fact is, there's a certain percentage of ANY population that can be stereotyped.

like 22% of Americans are fat, stupid, and lazy.

and i met an australian guy who hated all americans. he probably met 6 americans in his life + he didn't like George Bush. I mean, no intelligent human being can come to any kind of conclusions like that.

    so shut up.

No, stereotypes are things that are GENERALLY TRUE, but nitpicky little snots love to go around finding the exceptions.

I guess it makes them feel smart or something Rolling Eyes
